From Guatemala

So apparently the passports have not been completed yet because the weather has affected the system (think this must mean the Internet server is down or something), but they are still working on trying to get the passports completed.  I did find out that the DNA portion takes about 5 - 10 days (and will be done after the passports are completed).  Then we should get our appointment to the Embassy.  

So far our agency has been non-responsive about getting our money refunded to us.  I have been email or calling daily, but have been put off.
