la familia con muchos besitos, amor, y felices

Sorry, I've been so slack in posting.  Quite frankly, we've been having so much fun around here -- playing 'Red-Light, Green-Light,' 'Leap Frog,' Candy Land, Chutes and Ladders . . . well, I just hadn't gotten around to posting.  I'm such a bad blogger.

But I have all kinds of things to catch you up on.
First:  The boys wore, for the first time, their super-cute Guatemalan shirts to church!  Everyone thought they were adorable; *I* thought they were adorable.  And it was great fun getting to talk to the boys about Guatemala.  Check out these cute photos.  (Danny was being a ham . . .)

Second:  I HAVE to post this video because I absolutely *LOVE* listening to Danny squeal with laughter while Ray tackles him.  It's precious.  While the video is a bit dark and grainy, I'm SO GLAD that I was able to catch this on video since it is just priceless to me listening to them.  You have to watch this; there's no way you can view it and NOT smile.  :)

But happiness is filling our home.  For that, I am so so thankful.  The boys are much much settled and are being more obedient, more open with their feelings, more lovey.  I am starting to get out of that survival mode, and can do little things like shower without (too much) fear that anything bad could be happening while I'm unable to hear them for 5 minutes.  :)  We're all growing so much closer and the simple happiness of it all is making everything else better.  Life is good.  It's really good.  I love these boys SO MUCH.  And it's wonderful to really BE a family.
