There's this quote that I've come across that I can't stop thinking about. It's consuming me, and with my heart for Guatemala, I am just overwhelmed by the truth of this statement. Here's how it reads:
"Sometimes I'd like to ask God why he allows poverty, famine, and injustice in the world, when He could do something about it . . . but I'm afraid God might ask me the same question."

So, here's my question. In your heart of hearts, in your dreams, if you could get rid of all your responsibilities: what contribution would like to make?

For me it is money issues that stops me from doing what I dream. If I had nothing barring me, I would spend my entire life in the DR and Haiti making sure every child finishes elementary and high school. Education is SO important.
