1. We are having a GREAT time. The boys have been sooooo good during all the meals -- no milk spilled, voices quiet, food eaten, everything. The boys have been good with us (for the most part) and have been good to each other! It's been WONDERFUL. We're happy as all can be.
2. Ray and I were told that re: our case, the main hope right now is that the municipality where Mateo was born will take some formal letters from PGN and finally do his birth certificate. We may know before we leave on Thursday if they have. I think it's been hard for our guy here in Guatemala because he really thought he'd have all this done and didn't expect these problems. I think he really thought that we'd be home by now, too. Anyway, should the municipality accept the letter from PGN, we'll be back in the game as far as getting the boys home. If they don't, we can try to ask PGN to create another approval, but it's possible they'll request a birth mother interview, and we were told no one knows where the birth mother is anymore. That could be super-bad. Anyway, if you can, please pray the municipality stops trying to throw their weight around and gets on the ball. :)
We have more to talk to you about re: the boys, but I'll let Ray tell it and we'll share later tonight. Meanwhile, I better get back in case the little guys are up from their nap.
Miss you all,
Kelli
