Wow. The last few days have been a whirlwind. We drove to Alabama and arrived last night at 11:00 VA time and realized that in Alabama, we get an extra hour time change! Whooo hooooo!
Ray presented at Boaz High, and can I tell you -- I was so proud! I am just utterly amazed at how articulate he is, and passionate about what he has to say. It was also just incredible how he doesn't outright preach or tell people about his love for Christ, but it comes through! I just kept thinking of that little children's song: "This Little Light of Mine, I'm Gonna Let it Shine. . ." Way to shine, baby!
Afterwards, we drove to Georgia to spend the night in the hotel before we leave tomorrow for GUATEMALA!! YAY!! We're going to bed now as we are getting up at 4:30 am. UGH! I'm not ready for that!
Also, just in other fun news: our suitcase broke and we had to buy a new one! Craaaaaazy. We've got everything loaded up in the new suitcase, our clothes laid out for tomorrow and we are definitely going to post from the airport! **Excitement, excitement**
