Today's trip to Washington was a breeze. God takes care of his girl, let me tell you. I got into the city alright, found cheap 1-hour parking, got my passport, and found my way flawlessly out of the city. It was like God was wheeling me out of the city on a street lit only for me. Amazing.
So the passport crisis is over. I have mine now and we've made photocopies just in case. (A girl at the passport office had hers stolen last night and was leaving to Denmark, so you can never be too sure).
The bad news is that I'm sick. Maybe it was the stress of crazy 9th graders compounded with the stress of getting our passports, maybe it was the germs of a thousand sticky fingers all around me at school, maybe it was one lone germ drifting through the air, but I've got it. Something yucky.
And simultaneously I'm taking:
DayQuil
Cough syrup
Nose Spray
Zinc
Orange Juice
Loradatine (just in case of misdiagnosis)
and I'm going to bed in two shakes. Wish us luck tomorrow! We're getting up at 3:45 am. Gees. Doesn't it sound just awful? But then, we're going to see our boys. Hopefully, all the medicine combined with kick this cold's tail and I can KISS the boys' sweet cheeks. Otherwise, I'll just hug them tight. Video coming!!!!!
Love,
Kelli and Ray

WE ARE SO EXCITED FOR YOU!!! Safe travels tomorrow - you will be in our thoughts and prayers! :)
Love on those boys for us and SOAK UP some precious memories. And take TONS of pictues - TONS - you will be so glad you can see every angle of their sweet faces when you get back.
Kelli, praying that you feel MUCH MUCH BETTER very soon. If you aren't feeling stellar soon, just have the conceirge at the Marriott call the pharmacy and get you an antibiotic. You don't need a prescription in GC and it should cost about $30. Check with the pharmacy....
SAFE TRAVELS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Been thinking of you guys all day. The kids and I talked about you meeting the boys this morning over breakfast. I'll be praying for you to feel much better.
YEAH!!! I am wondering if you are there already and with your boys??!! I am so excited to hear about meeting your boys for the first time. :) Hope you are feeling better Kelli.
